First 3D Tournament

Post by CAPGUN »

Well I partisapated in my first archery tournament on Sunday . It was the most fun I have had in quite some time. Made some new freinds and caught up with some old ones as well . I have been to hundreds of gun mathes over the years rifle , handgun , shotgun and won more than my fair share of prises but this was one of the most enjoyable matches I have ever done . It was alot of fun and shooting at 20 different targets was awsome . I only got a few pictures had to keep things moving Oh and I sure am sore in places LOL :D :D ImageImageImageImageImage

Thanks that is my bolt in the center it was about a 30yrd shot , we paced it . They said it was a pin wheel ? not up on archery jargon , I would call that a tack .That was one of my better shots of the day .

Good job!

Now, you're hooked! :D :D :D

3D is a pile of fun - especially if you're shooting with good friends. We have been at some shoots where my sides ache so much from laughing that it's difficult to shoot.  Good times!

It's a great way to challenge your archery skills and enjoy a day outdoors.

We call it "Redneck Golf"

Nice shooting ! 3d shooting is addicting . Most years I will compete in 20 or more shoots . Great way to spend time with family ,friends , make new friends , mentor younger shooters and give your pals the gears  . We have a lot of good ole fashion fun at these shoots .
