That explains it! Kevin assembled it on a hung-over Monday morning, putting the right parts on the left side and vise versa, cross-threading all the bolts.

In this day it is great to see this kind of response and customer service, results instead shirking and making excuses as is the norm in the world today.
Had a similar response with Parker Bows when my wife had a problem with her crossbow, simple answer, we'll take care of it. End of story.
