thanks doemaster, i sent it today . your expertise at work. excaliburs customer service is the best. how often can you post something on a forum and have excecutive marketing dude and an employee way in on explanations. way to go excalibur take care of the cutomers your #1 in my books. thanks for all your insight. regards derf

That explains it! Kevin assembled it on a hung-over Monday morning, putting the right parts on the left side and vise versa, cross-threading all the bolts. :mrgreen:

Derf, I've seen Bill T. himself weigh in on a few posts.Isnt it great to use a product where the manufacture actually seems to give a sh*t if you are happy with their product and works to keep customers happy and the product on top!

In this day it is great to see this kind of response and customer service, results instead shirking and making excuses as is the norm in the world today.

Had a similar response with Parker Bows when my wife had a problem with her crossbow, simple answer, we'll take care of it. End of story.
