Happy Turkey Day ya'll!!! :D Put half of the breast from the turkey I got last weekend in the smoker this weekend and kept it "low and slow". :wink: Kept the temp between 175 & 200. Put some poultry seasoning on it and 3 strips of peppered bacon. Took it off about 5:00 this afternoon and was in "Turkey/Thanksgiving Heaven". :shock: :mrgreen:
