The best gift that you can give yourself and to your family is to take care of yourself. Eating healthy and some physical exercise is best, the way I see it. No failure on my part.

the picture was in reference to your "my post was to add some comedy relief to this post" comment, not your physical condition.

anyways, back on topic. how many people prefer longer shooting sticks that allow you to shoot from the standing position rather than sitting?

how much weight are you willing to carry while hunting?

anyone prefer a monopod over sticks/bipod?

I had a piece of plastic with the concave shape
I drilled a hole in it just smaller than the bolt that threads to camera and let it cut its own threads and done
put some rubber pads on the surface to give it some grip a little paint

Hey Dereck,
I have a camera tripod that my daughter gave me and will make one for my crossbow also. Thanks for the idea. Would you use a piece of ABS pipe and cut it in half and use one side of the pipe, if so, do you remember what size of pipe it is?
Thanks,
Raymond

That could work but mine was just a hunk of drylex plastic I got at a surplus store
You could also use wood to make the rest part

Looks good Dereck. I have a sturdy tripod in the basement I was thinking of doing this to for coyote hunting.
