They really did turn out to be VERY nice looking arrows. I am really tickled with their looks. We'll see about their performance. Man, they really are almost too nice looking to shoot.

Had a chance to shoot a few before dark this eve.Only shot at 20yrds. Seem to shoot very well and pretty close to same POI as my Firebolts.( I figured they would be close as they are about the same wt.)I may get a chance tomorrow but will be pretty busy so we shall see.Cant wait!

one thing I noticed after shooting was this 32 strand Astoflight endless loop string served with 0.26 angel left marks on the plastic nocks that looked dead center of the nock and I like that. I would like to try them in my vixen but I have a fastflight on it served with 0.26 angel and think it will not hit the nock in the center with the thin string and have a problem like I have had before shooting some maxim hunters with plastic nocks. I think I will put one of my excel strings on it with the 0.26 angel and that will be closer to a center hit. I,m not a fan of plastic nocks so far!

my arrows my not be the best looking but they are shooters! I went out this morning early an 32 degrees an just a light breeze coming at me from the target an could feel it on my face. iwas shooting a little low an left in the wind yesterday so raised my hha a little an no change for left an right and they hit inline at 50yds like most all arrows I shoot with just a height difference.shot these 15 shots in a row shooting each arrow three times at 50yds.this is the best I ever shot for average group size of 5 arrows shot three times each at 50yds! and I,ve shot many. with my best arrows arrows I get about a 1 inch average.I got about a .60 average with these the first time in almost calm conditions.these arrows are the real deal!( plastic nocks to I guess?) I feel so lucky to be able to test these fine shooting arrows with so little work unlike all the trying an testing I have done before to get great shooting arrows. now will be shooting out at longer range soon. one happy tester here!!!!!!!!!

Masboy ... great shooting and arrow making.

I will take function over form every time. :)

The plastic, flat nocks were not to my liking; changed them out for the Excalibur nocks - nice, tight press fit.

I do not see myself needing to shoot anything else if Black Eagle Arrows (BEA) keep shooting with this type of consistency.

Nice plus was dealing with BEA, great service and fair price.

Frank, as you know I've indexed the shafts to keep the location of the spine/cock vane consistent. When you get a chance (no hurry) can you mix up the cock vanes so that the spine is not consistent? I'd like to see if locating the spine on these suckers make any difference at all.

OK! Got out between showers and got to shot at 20-30 and 40 yards. On the 40 yard target I got one definite flyer. I thought I had used the 30 yard chevron when I shot so I pulled it and shot again. Same hole. I made no scope adjustments from shooting my Firebolts.
