This was one of my favorite people in the morning! Harry a.k.a. Sliver was the faithful Timmies coffee delivery. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Terry/Munch came up on Sunday with his wife, son and nephew - he brought along this zombie-slaying beast (I believe it belongs to his nephew):

Had a chance to shoot the 3D course again on Sunday - enjoyed as much as I did the day before. This time Tim & I shot with Marcel and Joel - a pleasure to spend some time with them and to get to know them better!
Here is Marcel with his Matrix and an excellent shot on a nice buck!

Paul/Taz showed up on Sunday as well and brought his wife Anna along. I didn't get any pictures of Paul (sorry Paul!) but here's one of Anna with Marcel's Matrix about to shoot a bullseye! She's a great shot!

I love it when women step outside of their comfort zone and try something new. It can be kind of intimidating at an event like BooFest when you're surrounded by a bunch a guys who already shoot, but I hope all of the ladies who picked up a crossbow on the weekend continue to pursue opportunities to shoot.

Guys - I honestly believe that the future of hunting and shooting sports depends on getting the ladies involved. If the women shoot, the next generation of kids are more likely to as well. Do everything in your power to encourage women and the youngsters to give it a try. They don't have to take it up as a new hobby, but at the very least they won't be anti's.
Companies & sporting organizations need to spend time and money figuring out how best to reach the women. It's not just about putting out pink or bling - it's about involvement.
Stepping off my soapbox now...
