A Word of Warning - Beware

I worked in Quality for a large automotive company for over 35 years. Any mechanical component is subject to defect bar none. I have to say it is very impressive to see company representatives come on a Forum and explain what they are doing to resolve a complaint or concern regarding one of their products. Even though this is a company website not many would keep their customers in the loop. This to me speaks volumes about the dedication and customer awareness that Excalibur displays and why they and their bows are respected by so many people. I have no doubt they will identify and resolve this concern and move forward. I will certainly be ordering a new Matrix in the near future.
