I'm new so I'm asking, my 380 came with the string on the r.e.d.s should I remove the string and twist it as well? I assumed it was supposed to be like that since it came out of the box that way. Any help is appreciated

Your string has stretched since it was installed. You should twist it so it is about 1/4" off the r.e.d.s.
Did you purchase a stringing aid with the bow? If not you will need one to adjust your string.
