So sorry to hear about your accident.
Hopefully you will mend quickly and be no worse for wear, Things can change in our lives in just the blink of an eye. Live and learn.

I bet you said ouchhhhhhhhhhhh or words to that effect :!: The good news is there is a lesson to be learned. If not by you, by anyone reading of your experience. Pray for a fully functional thumb...

My exact words were surprisingly benign, "Oh oh, that's not good" Then I focused on first aid and getting to the ER! I will let you all know when I figure out my mistakes to hopefully prevent others from doing something so careless!! Although I'm embarrassed and know when I figure it out I will be EVEN MORE EMBARRASSED, hopefully some good can come from this!

Sheeesh!! I cringed when I read that. Hope it heals well and you get 100% function back.
