Quivers for slick trick grizz trick 2's

Post by NCmtns380 »

Finally got the 380 sighted in with the grizz trick 2's and noticed that when putting them in the stock quiver it's a very tight fit. Just wanted to know if anyone is using a different type of quiver with a bit more room for the 1 1/4 " size broadheads. This is the first time trying these heads for turkeys and deer and just wanted to see if anyone has found a quiver with a bit more clearance in them compared to the stock quiver.

I have the same issue with the RamCats I bought. No big deal to me. They fit and don't hit anything inside, just tight. I figure to just be careful putting them in and out. I don't want a quiver that is any bigger than necessary.

Thanks for the information Keith. When I had the exomax I was only using boltcutters and the other 380 I had I was using the rage x-bow x 100 grain heads. Just doing some more practice shots today since the rest of the week looks rainy till opening day. Good luck this spring.....

Try this, snap the arrow in place with the BH below the quiver hood. Once the arrow is locked in place, slide the arrow up and the BH shouldn't touch the hood.

I have the grizz2 as well. Just attactch the arrow to the two rubber pieces on the quiver first with the broadhead outside the hood, then push it into the hood.
