Rope for stringing aid

Any suggestions on a stronger rope material to use on a stringing aid? Just had mine break while adjusting brace height on my M405.

Was this a factory rope or what you happen to have around.
A pic of the break would help.
Minimum 3/16" braided nylon similar to a lawnmower start rope. Some good stuff, not paracord.

[G] Solid Braid White Nylon, Strong with good UV resistance. Works well in pulleys.

At 827 LBS breaking strength & 3/16" this rope should do the trick for a stringing aid.

Yes, it was the factory rope. Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to try something stronger to use with the 405.

Mine broke also on my M355. I called Danny Miller and got a "real one"
