I guess I'll have to "learn ya" how to shoot. You start by shouldering the crossbow and pointing it in the general direction of the intended target. Then you look at the target, not through the scope, but over it. Hold your gaze, concentrate and focus at the bullseye until it becomes imprinted in your mind. At that point lower your head, look through the scope. As soon as you see the bullseye pull the trigger and close both eyes, when you hear the arrow hit the target open your eyes and you'll see that your arrow has just pinwheeled the bullseye. It's called mind over matter. It works for me, of course I use "seeing-eye" arrows.
