To Grey Owl,
I bought an emag. I have a Vixen my boy and I bought in 95 or 96 I think. It has yielded many white tails. My daughter now 17 has bagged two since she was 11. I'd post a picture of her but I looked at this forum window and I gusee I don't know how to add a picture. Anyway I am looking forward to using the emag very much. Thanks to all for their words of encouragement.[/img]

Attempt to cock
Yea Dad's new bow is a nice one but you all shoulda seen him try to cock it...since it has a 200 pound draw weight you can just imagine how much pressure is being put on your hands by those strings. In order to cock the bow Dad had to don a pair of socks for his hands. But I will saw he did finally get it cocked!!!!
200lbs
I am just happy I got it cocked. The string cuts into your hands pretty bad and I didn't have any gloves around so I used socks. My family thought that was pretty funny. They would ask "so ya gonna take socks with you hunting?" My sassy daughter couldn't wait to rat me out for bing such a softy.
