What's Excalibur got new for 2005???

Post by Cousneddy »

I'm am planning on getting a excalibur soon. I have talked to a few US dealers that have sold out of the 2004 models and are waiting on the 2005 line before ordering more. Does anyone know what, if any, changes are coming up? I found a good deal on a exomag, but I might want to wait for the latest and greatest!

Thanks, Ed

Hey Cuz, You can already upgrade from the Exomag. The latest and greatest is the Exomax at a draw weight of 225 lbs. It shoots at 350 +
fps and is all the crossbow you will ever need for whitetails and as I understand it for just about anything else. The really nice thing about an Excalibur is that they really do stand behind them.

I think the newest thing for Excal is offering the Kolorsusion (Exomax camo) on the Exomag and Exocet.....Not too sure about the Vixen and Point???? If I were Excal (which I am not :!: ) I would sit back and let the others catch up before breaking any new ground!

Regards,
Robin

-with all of the changes that excal. has made in the last year or so, i think Robin is correct...i don't know for sure, but i don't believe any additional major design changes (or for that matter, camo patterns), are in order in the near future...we haven't even got used to the newest, latest and greatest innovations up to this point...you might say, why have two risers?...probably not a good business thing to do, but i believe we need to get a few more zillion shots onto this emax riser, before the whole lineup changes...i think it is just a matter of time, before the vixen goes k/fusion and that might be about it :?:

just my .02 cents though, from the "real cheap seats"...
