Don't be affraid to ask newbi questions... thats what this forum is for, besides these guys are pros. Now I just have to get a crossbow, so I can start asking some newbi questions...
Congrats on the purchase, I think you'll be pleased with it. I'd stick a Vari-Zone scope on it, then you can adjust for any arrow weight (velocity) you choose to hunt with.
If it's shipped with the riser/limb assembly removed it's very easy tor re-assemble, and pretty much self-explaining just by looking at it and a pic of an assembled bow. Just line up the riser on the end of the rail and replace two bolts & cone washers. You can easily remove and replace the riser assy. for easy transport with no need to re-sight the bow (but I'd always check the sights to be certain).
