I haven't used the Loctite but i think other forum members have used it. Maybe they will chime in shortly.
I use the Gorilla Glue Blue Top-(Cap). I use this on my Fletching and Brass Inserts. Never had an insert pull out or fletching fall off.
Epoxy for inserts should not be a fast setting tyor. Instant glues for vanes are better if they are fortified with latex/rubber. That is not to say that others will not work.
I like instant glues like the blue top Gorilla glue, Goat Tough glue and G5 Blue. For epoxy, I like JB Weld. One of the single biggest failures when using 2 part glues is not mixing well enough.
I used Gorilla blue top glue as most rec here on my inserts.it sets fast you have to work quick..You can knock insert out with drill bit after about 3 wacks of arrow ...I used Goof Off to clean glue off my inserts and bore gun brush inside to clean the arrow ...Some folks roughen up the inserts with a fine file to make glue hold better ...
of 2 you mentioned i would use glue gel one you have ...
I have used the Loctite super glue you have pictured on the right, have never had an insert come loose. Scuff the insert up with sandpaper or roll it around between two files then clean the insert and the inside of the shaft good with acetone and it shouldn't ever come loose.

I'm a fan of the two part epoxy.. What I don't like about the instant glue for inserts is that when they cure they can become brittle and the sudden stop of an arrow in a target can cause the bond to crack, especially in a broad head target.. Similar to what was said above about using a drill bit in the back of an arrow to pop out the insert that was installed with instant glue..
just my opinion...
