Help needed please. Maintainence

Hello Everyone

Having problems with my trigger/scope mount assembly loosening. Called Danny and he gave me instructions on how to use blue locktite and retighten everything but when i try to take trigger assembly out the forward screw (toward string) will loosen but come off??? Any suggestions before i ship the rail and trigger assembly off to Danny? I appreciate the help on this as the season is on here in CT. Should have kept my old Equinox and Exocet for back-ups!

Put a little downward pressure on the trigger box as you try to loosen the screw. If it is slightly loosened, insert a small flat head screwdriver along side the bolt and apply downward pressure while turning the screw.
Remove the other screw first.

OK Brother Ron that worked. Thank you . Now shouldn't the trigger assembly come right out?? Two screws hold it in right??

Yes, once the stock has been removed you only have 2 screws holding the trigger unit in place if I remember correctly.
Be sure to check the screw good to make sure the threads are not damaged as I suspect they are since it would not back out on its own without applying pressure. If the threads on the bolts appear to be ok, then the main frame threads may be stripped... in which case you would need to send the main frame in for repair.

Right on brother. Got the screw out ans it appears the screw and or the frame is stripped. Won't tighten at all. Sending off to Danny in the morning. Thank you brother
