I have had to use a cutoff wheel for the Dremmel Tool to make a straight slot, and while fastener was still hot, hit it with a straight screw driver, and that always works. I had a friend come by with a sight on his vertical that he could not get the fasteners out, Cobalt Allen's got one out, then it turned his sight whilst turning the faster with the wrench, and BAM! Problem solved. The real key sometimes is to stay cool, and think it through.
