Being from pa we dont have hogs .....so a change of pace shooting a hog would be quite welcome for me.!...see its a matter of perspective

I like hunting them but they really do mess up the deer woods. Take a quick look at a hogs vitals. You would be amazed at how tough they are. Vitals right above the elbo and about 2-3” up. P.S. there awefully tasty smoked.

A typical "deer setup" may not be good enough on a big boar wit a "shield" covering his vitals. For those yo need to use a much heavier arrow. I go over 500grains out of my Micro for hogs.
