.....I was using a Leupy Crossbones scope, of which I am very familiar....I had the "up/down" knob turned all the way down and couldn't go any further....I gave up and went home....but not before losing 2 of the 6 Spynal Tapps....I found half of the arra with Firenock so it wasn't a total loss on one arra but the other was gone
Speaking to Boo, he suggested that I try a different scope....so i changed out to another Crossbones and went out again on Sunday....same results....I had an idea while at the range....and that was to move the scope forward on the mount. Well that was for the most part the trick....still could not get it dead on at 20....about 3-4 inches high....but it was pretty much dead on at 30 and 40 so that is how I am going to leave it....
.....Oh, while at the range, a few people were shooting their recurve bow's and one of the gentleman holding up an arra asked me if I lost one....guess what?.....It was the Spynal Tapp in perfect condition sans the Firenock....no split in the shaft or anything....So I really wound up losing 1 Spynal Tapp when the smoke cleared!!!
.....i am not done playing with the sighting in....but that will be if and when I have more time as I have a Hawke XB30 coming in....Which by the way I like more than the Leupy Crossbones...
.....So if I had to make a comparison, I like the A360 more than the A420TD as of now.
