No Don regular white bread. Those little loaves looked a little funky but if I do say so myself the flavour and texture are awesome. I have to make another batch in the morning.............looking at the clock that would be this morning. Dropped some off for my parents, a sister-in-law, and a lady in my wife’s prayer group. The granddaughters got 2 little loaves. Lol I got one loaf.
Happy Easter
“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming "Wow, What a Ride!
Here is today’s attempt. I wish I could post these pictures using an app call SMELLO/VISION. One of my family members came up with te word SMELLO VISION while posting family favourite food pictures. We are all living in separate parts of Canada and keep in touch by iMessage, FaceTime and emails. Keeping in touch with fam is very important and especially during these crazy times.
Those look wonderful! Funny, I've also been baking bread lately....and canning chicken, smoking brisket, ribs, making ragu sauce with ribs and meatballs, reverse searing Picahna. hmmmm, this self isolating could prove challenging to the waistline.

You're only paranoid if everyone isn't out to get you.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
My enemy's friend is also my enemy.

Thanks a bunch! My next step will be to make them 70% white flour 30% whole wheat. I also make a batch with Red River cereal! Mmm!

The Red River Cereal is a porridge, or hot cereal, made with a blend of cracked wheat, rye, and brown flaxseeds that was first created in 1924 in Manitoba Canada. The cereal takes its name from the Red River of the North, more specifically the valley surrounding Winnipeg.
Red River Cereal. LOL. Possibly the most disgusting breakfast you can ever receive as a child.
Interestingly enough I just had a desire to try it again now that I'm mostly grown up. I think I will get a box on my next grocery run.
It’s getting hard to find nowadays. I’ll tell you if you make bread you really should add some to the bread. I also add raisins and substitute honey for sugar sometimes. Raisins are full of sugar so you have to take that into consideration.
