And Another

Post by xcaliber »

Got me an Eclipse XT from a forum member, it is in very good condition, and I'm hoping to hunt with this one as well as my other long limb models. Waiting for the scope to get here, should be tomorrow.

They grow up so fast don't they. I owned 5 once but only ever had 4 on my possession at a time.

When I get off my arse and get the garage finished, I'm going to make a wall of fame, and hopefully have a skull painted to hang along side the bow I took it with, I have two out of, well let's just say too many!  You gotta have some back in the day stories, right? 8) 8)

All in all I've owned 14 of them over the years. I still have 5, and I'm not planning to sell any of them. Well maybe my Matrix 380 since with advancing age I find it a bit harder to cock.

My last project bow this year is another 200# Vortex, the one I had finished before I got the Y25. I have all new hardware coming, and will replace every fastener, install a Trigger Tech trigger, and a Ten Point scope that is fixed. Will be using 460 total grains across the three models. This weight is with 100 grain heads, using the Hybrid in fixed position from SWAT.

Come On OCTOBER! :eusa-whistle:
