I rolled out of bed around 6:30am today. I was treated to a "Cold Front". It was only 80 degrees!!
Been too hot to do most anything. Got a notice from the "powers that be" to curtail outside watering due to drought.
So...I turn off the sprinkler system...
"The Boss" says ..."the grass will die". I say... "Yeppers, and I won't have to mow"!!

"The Boss" and I went yesterday out looking things over. It's DRY!!
My neighbor has a large pond behind his cabin that he stocked for his grandkids to fish in when they come to "The Farm".

He told me the water is so oxygen depleted the catfish are gasping on the surface for air.
We NEED rain!!! I'm just afraid we are going to get it all at one time!!
