I have a set of Steiner Predator 8x22 that were made in Germany.

I have a set of Burris Landmark 10x32 that were made in China.

Where they are now, I don't know.

Both owned by Beretta, just like number of other firearms and optics outfits.

Back when I bought my Burris they were made in the USA.

These days it's either China or the Philippines. Just like Nikon Optics.

And according to Steiner, (and Google) their Binos are still made in Germany, but their rifle scopes are not.

Go figure.
