
Now my feet... I have wool socks and I wear liners under the wool. And I wear insulated Danner's. But it doesn't take long for my feet to turn to ice.
A lot of it has to do with my Hypothyroidism. According to the medical folks, it alone makes my hands and feet cold. I do take meds for this, but the problem still rears its ugly head.
I was in the tree stand the other morning when temps were near freezing. I know "about freezing" ain't cold to my Brothers in The Great White North, but to this old Texas boy, it made my feet feel like a block of ice. I was miserable!

So, to you brave folks that sit out in sub-zero weather, what's the remedy?
