3 dot red dot and mult-reticle

How accurate are these preset sights. These bows must shoot alot more consistent to get a preset gap. Any info would be appreciated. LC

Not sure I understand the question, However a Red dot 3 dot and a multreticle scope must first be sighted in at say the 20 yard mark using the main crosshair as the 20 yard sight-in, on the red dot your choice top dot or middle dot at 20 yards.

After that the other aiming points should be on target, ie; 10,20, 30 so on. If you change your arrow weight then you would have to re-sight in, Innless you are using a varazone then you would just change the speed ring for the different arrow/bolt weight.

Its hard to explain what I am asking.... The distance between the 20 yard dot and the 30 yard dot ? If you change bows or change arrows how does the "gap" between 20 and 30 remain the same? On a regular bow any changes to the arrow or bow will change pin gap.. Am I making any sense??? Thanks LC

Think I know what ya be asking and as I am not a Engineer or designer I can't explain it in detail.

The Multi- cross hair scopes and stacked red dots are based on a known bolt/arrow drop ratio vs speed of said bolt/arrow.

Example they know a xbow shooting at 300fps and sighted in for 20 yards with a 2219 bolt at 400gr. will drop 5.5 inchs at 30 yards, and 15" at 40 yards. So the cross hairs are set to allow for the drop....
