HEY THERE MY CROSSBOW COMPATRIOTS,,HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER BROKE YOUR WRIST?WELL I JUST DID ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO.I DID A GOOD JOB ON IT.I HAVE A PLATE AND 7 SCREWS IN ME.THE WISCONSIN BOW SEASON IS ABOUT A MONTH AWAY,AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT AS FAR AS REGAINING STRENGTH IN MY WRIST.I'M JUST LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK FROM ANY OF YOU OUT THERE THAT HAVE BEEN DOWN THIS ROAD .MY DOCTOR WHO IS NOT A BOWHUNTER TELLS ME I SHOULD BE O.K.HOPE SO....JUST HAVE TO BOWHUNT YA KNOW!!I APPRECIATE.

when i broke my wrist i went to physio theripy, its like a lite "work-out" for your wrist so it can get back to normal, its quick and easy to do, and it should be back to normal in a 1 to 2 weeks, and i also found that after doing the theripy it was also a lot stronger then it was!! hope this helps,

definitly do some home physio...................ask your doctor for some home therapy techniques. this will help with proper healing yet allow for muscle development. SPEAK WITH a PRO......................
