Im just glad someone actaully has more mounts than me so I dont feel as weird now!!! Vort, you have a awesome display! Love that whitetail up top in the middle with the kickers! Love the mule deer also!

im thinking of doing away with the boards behind my shoulder mounts now since it looks more clean without them.

Rich, love your display! Everything is in PERFECT order and arranged great! You gave me an idea for a turkey mount when i get that perfect bird now.

pyd, goodlord! Talk about alot of hunting supplies but each has their own little place in order! You dont need the safe with a door like that! I cant stand the wooden gun cabinets with the thin glass door. They are pretty, but one hit and the glass is broken! I like to keep me guns out of sight for a reason. Ill keep the cheapos out, but the better ones no one sees but me lol

awesome man caves and each has a different look and feel...

I have a feeling vorts whole house is a man cave! HAHAHAHA

here are some better ones of mine so we can keep them in the same post:)

i have alot of pics to get up on the walls as well as some board mounts to add so its far from done...

everything in here as meaning behind it. My grandma passed away this fall so all of these items came from her house. My uncle actaully made the upright dresser on the left out of cedar. I have another to get which i'll turn into a place to hang my bows. He also made the rocking chair which isnt finished yet. I plan on staining that this spring

for storage I have a cedar chest which my uncle also made. He's crafty with wood work!

deerhead row LOL

I have just about every deer and turkey ive taken since ive started hunting in this book. My kids love looking at the old pics when I was their age hunting and fishing. BTW, trash can goes under this table so its hidden!
Image

thats all for now... I have alot to add yet. I want to keep it clean and somewhat un clustered, so im trying to figure out what to put where. I have a desk and recliner to add at somepoint

Exactly half of my house is the "man-cave" ... I always tell people I "built a shop and added a house to it"! :P

Looking at the side of the house, everything behind the electrical hookup sticking out of the wall is shop.

Image

Here are some inside pics of the shop when we were still building the house ... 24' X 48', with an 8' X 12' gun-room at one end.

I've actually set foot in Pyd's man cave. It is sacred ground indeed.

I don't really have a man cave. Our house is rather small so stuff is kinda spread out. We've got a deer skin on one wall of the stairway going upstairs and a beaver pelt on the other, a deer rack in the living room, a turkey tail mount in the dining room, vintage repro Remington and Winchester ad signs in the laundry room, 3D awards hanging in the spam and an outdoors theme decorated bathroom. Gotta make due with what ya got.

I guess I have two and a half man caves. One being the garage/shop, where I make things like Pyds door  . Talk about a man cave!! I see you've moved your stairs.

My other is the cold storage room. Thats where I keep most of my gear. Sheds. Fishing rods. Etc. Not very roomy but for the time being its mine.

The basement has a bear rug (wall mounted), turkey fan, raccoon pelt, red-tailed hawk, and an 8-point, plus a few pics. There's also a 7 point elk shed my grandparents found before I was born. And a single crow feather, with an unbelievable story to go with it. If the money ever shows up a 54" musky may find its way on the wall.
You can take the man out of the woods but you can't take the woods out of the man.
