That's what we're having for dinner today ... along with a big ol' pot of stewed taters, a mess o' coleslaw, a platter of cheese biscuits and about two hundred hush puppies.

It's our NC family Christmas gathering!

All seafood was locally caught ... some of it yesterday!

I don't know where the beef came from!

Food Lion, I suspect!

I thought this was maybe your Christmas dinner. Will love to see what that amounts to.

I was feeling good about homemade bread and summer sausage. With some nice apple cider to drink. Sheesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad that you can all get together. No doubt a real blessing...except for doing the dishes.
