Hi all Hope every one had a good new year.

So My daughter bought me a gift card for a western Canadian Sports store chain. I have been in there before and they claim to be an Excal dealer. I did not order my Axiom because they could not give me a delivery date within a month or two. So I bought from another dealer.

I was looking for field points October? they did not have any. So I go mid Jan with gift card in hand and ask for Excal field points. None. Gee if you an Excal dealer don't you stock anything??????


So go to another place and get 10 field points.


Talking with a guy at work, he ordered a rifle worth $700 from these folks before christmas. So he calls last week and asks if his rifle is in? They guy on the phone says " did we call you?". Rob say no but I was wondering were it's at.

They guy says if we didn't call you It's not in. We send a letter to the other stores first before we order from the factory.. Rob asks don't you have email? They guy is now throwing additude. Rob tells him to cancel the order.

The guy starts to be nice. OOps to late.
Rob goes to the same store I got the field points, rifle will be here in a week.

So what gives?? I hesitate to name the store but darm. If I had a employe talk to a customer like that I would fire him on the spot.

If you want to be a Big Box Store keep stock.!!!!!!

Agreed! Doesn't sound like a place that I'd go to spend my money!!

If they don't give good service, go elsewhere. If everyone does it this , these losers won't last long running a store. Reputation is everything.
There's always someone else out there wanting your buisiness and willing to provide the service, even if they're not local.

Sounds like the store that waited for more returns before shipping my Parker to the factory for repairs so save on shipping costs. one month wait. THAT did it for me.
