All,
I've hunted with Norm for over 20 years. His most recent post of another fantastic buck is the second time he's shot a beautiful buck WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER PUTTING ME INTO THAT STAND LOCATION!
All I can say is that, as a model and friend, a better hunting partner I have never had. I wish everyone would find at least one friend like this.

I read once in a BowHunter magazine article that, "You don't find the ultimate hunting partner but you become the ultimate hunting partner". Norm has been this for me.

The fact that someone close to Norman has that much praise for him doesn't surprise me. I have only been in his company a few times but he strikes me as one of the good guys.

Norm brought me on my first Turkey hunt and I got my biggest Tom to date with him sitting behind me watching it all unfold. Every time I look at the fan mount it reminds me of that hunt. He always says "I put my friends in the best spots".

Jeff, do you remember when the three of us went to check on the first bear bait this year? The barrel had been mangled and all the bait devoured, and Norm looked to me and said, "Well, here is your spot, buddy!" I took my first bear from that stand the next day. Obviously you share that generous streak too because you put me in a great stand this past weekend. Much obliged to both of you.

My dad used to put folks in his best spot BUT most felt if they moved it was better..lol..Then stories of IF I WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ED I WOULD HAVE HAD BIG BUCK TRACKS WENT RIGHT TOO ME..

Yep met Norm twice, first time unknowingly as he was talking with Peter at a show. Nice guy, need to make a Boofest meet many more members along with Boo. If an invite is obtainable...
