Why should you not use moon nocks with excalibur- just cuirious

The main reason, and really the only reason, is because it increases the possibility of a dryfire or worse due to not lining up the arrow. Now, many people do use moon nocks. And they have various results. A few years back I ran moon luminocks Boo gave me a bit to test the new luminock shape. Interesting results, they were actually a hair faster. However, they shot a very different POI and they increased the deck pressure so much that they were actually wearing considerably faster than any other nock.
So I didn't use them any more than that, there was not any benefit to justify possibly loading the bow wrong in the dark, or wherever.
