I dry fired my Pheonix once...

My friend and I were shooting my Vixen and Pheonix in his back yard one day... he had his one finger in the way of the string on the Vixen when he shot once... well... lets just say he learned his lesson... hehehe

if you straight edge the db bars, i guarantee there will be some degree of bend in them - if it was an absolute 100 % dryfire  ...they can't withstand the brute force...this is not biggy as you can easily straighten them out either off or on the bow...
