Re: What insert weight for new length bolts?
XB your numbers are 10g off. (18.2+25=43.2) That said dropping to the lighter insert would reduce weight even further to over 60g. If you are too light you can always tune heavier with screw in weights or heavier broadheads. Only way to get lighter is thru broadheads. I prefer heavy arrows as they h...

Re: cheek piece and trigger question
Thank you for the info Boo. Im going to polish the latches and see if that helps and maybe look to pick up a TT or ACP. This was on a flemish string but I assume the same principles apply. My season doesnt end till February so It will be a bit before I break it down.

cheek piece and trigger question
Has anyone seen or heard of a cheek piece in Serenity Camo for the 308? I wanted to get one for my daughters xbow but I havent been able to find one in that pattern, just black. Also, is the TT or ACP easier on the string serving? My matrix seperates the serving in less than 100 shots. Doesnt fray a...

Re: Matrix 350LE string issues
I get serving seperation on my 350LE also, but it's almost always just the left side. That is with factory, 60x, and Trinity strings. It's something it's always done.

Thanks Paul and Boo! Im super excited and so is she. She will be joining me for a try at a nice Osceola turkey this weekend.
She doesnt know yet but there is a custom string coming from Keith. She mentioned wanting one that matched the camo.

My Daughters new arrows
So, after taking a nice wide 8pt in PA last fall my youngest daughter (9y/o) tells me she wants to hunt. Immediately, crossbow comes to mind (I had a EMag at home) and I ask her if that is ok. She says "yes" and off we go! So Santa does me a solid and gets her a 308 short in Serenity. Fast...

GET ONE!
I picked up a 308 for my daughter this past Christmas. Its a very good chance that it will replace my EMag and M350 on several hunts this coming year.
