These men are installing and setting solid steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar in downtown Norman, OK. Wonder how long until they realize where their van is parked.

How true it is. No offense to these guys but my father in law moved to MO 2 years ago and got a job with the city. He's not lazy by any means, the man can't be still. After 2 weeks on the job, his supervisor approached him and basically told him to chill out, relax . He explained that they had a certain time set aside for a certain project and his superiors expected no more. However, they pay the price in the winter racking up hour after hour of comp time.
