bowfishing w/excalibur...
shoot more and shoot more often
Re: bowfishing w/excalibur...
I shorten the fibreglass arrow and drill a 1/8 hole farther up the shaft for the AMS saftey slide stop or saftey ring stop. They will keep the line infront of the crossbow. Don't think I would tie to the back of the arrow with a crossbow. I run 400lbs on my crossbow and I would worry about snap back if it got cought up leaving a crossbow. I am afraid 200lbs would break to often when the line ages a bit leaving the deck of the bow at those kind of speeds. I could be wrong. I shoot 125lb crossbow and find it is still a little to much weight. Shoot 50lbs off my recurve and 35lbs off my compound. Have fun and shoot lots of fish. Cheers
