Maine Bear
Here is a picture from the trail cam my step son set up. He is allowing me to hunt over his bait site tomorrow. Can't wait for my Excalibur to be pointed this one.

Re: Maine Bear
You guys don't know the power that these guys have. I was an assisitant park supperintendant in a park in northern Ontario in '77 and the CO brought in an orphaned cub that was about 3' high sitting and left him in the garage. I thought I'd have a close look so I took a 4' stout stick to keep it between the cub and me. So I get to a point where the bear is 5' away and to my surprise the cub smacked the stick that I was holding with 2 hands out of my tight grip!! I think I did the moon walk!maine hunter wrote: thanks guys, if you had to guess, what do you think this bear weight is? p.s. boo, there's room for 1 more if you want.
