Bob - great to see you here! BTW, if you don't want to be forever known as "Our Bob" you'd better voice any objections soon! 8)

(SpikeCountry was an honorary member of Team DryFire at the MCF shoot on the weekend and was a really good sport about all the trash talking. I think he might have outshot me too!)

Thanks everyone! I am pumped I can't wait to go!!! I have bear hunted in pa but its stand hunting and no bait allowed... So you have to be extremely lucky to get a shot at one. I have decided that the matrix is going and the muzzleloader is staying home, I'm on a budget so I need to count my pennies...

Guys is a soft crossbow case sufficient to carry your crossbow to your stand in Ontario?

Soft cases work great as long as it's got a little padding, hard cases are very bulky.

"Crossbow can go over without a problem but likely would be best if you could borrow a muzzleloader from someone in Canada on the way by."

With regards to borrowing a muzzleloader from someone in Canada:

I don't believe anyone who is the holder of a "Firearm Possession and Acquisition" permit can sell or loan anyone a firearm that does not possess the same permit.
It'll be easier to do the paperwork and take your own.
