First Hunt With New Matrix 380

I went to my ladder stand for my first sit of the 2013 season in Mass. that started Oct. 21 with my new Matrix 380. I did get in a little late in afternoon around 3pm but everything felt right. I was not in the stand a hour and a big doe came in to about 25 yards and gave me a nice shot to start this season off right. My 125 spitfire max made short work of her and she went only 40 yard and dropped in sight. Not a bad first hunt with my new Matrix 380. Hope rest of you are doing well this season.

Thanks for all the replies on my first hunt post hope to see some from you. In my hunting and fishing club in Rehoboth Mass. four of my friends in club also purchased Excalibur crossbows and have had similar results. One of my friends already has taken two on first two sits shot a doe and next morning shot a 6 pointer these bows are great. I hope everyone out there is having as much fun with their crossbows. By the way sorry for not having pictures but as soon as I can figure out how to post them to this forum I will add them. If you guys have any pointers just let me know. I tried to add them but it does not allow picture file to post it said it was to large.

I too am enjoying my first hunt with the Matrix 380. Great bow for me to carry in the woods. Congrats on your deer.
