I'm looking for advice on a climbing stand. My main criteria is that the stand be silent when setting up and climbing. I used a borrowed Tree Lounge last fall, but was frustrated by the inevitable clanking while setting it up. I am thinking of a Lone Wolf climber. Any suggestions? Thanks.

ninepointer, I'm not sure where you live, but last week I picked up a Summit Viper at Dick's Sporting Goods in Plattsburgh, N.Y. All the Summits are on sale, and I got mine for $199, which I think is a pretty decent price, based on what I've seen in on-line catalogues. I chose the Viper because of the positive comments I read on this forum.
